2. Site Evaluation
Zoning, utilities, and
other limiting factors are determined.
3. Preliminary Plans
Conceptual plans meeting
your goals are prepared for preliminary review.
4. Fine Tuning Your
Project
Meeting to review your
preliminary plan, changes, additions or deletions are
made to the plan, which then becomes the final product.
5. Construction
Documents
This is your final plan
consisting of floor plans, elevations, sections, and any
details needed to complete your project. These plans are
designed to meet all local building codes.
6. Bid Process
At this junction, we can
bid on your project offering full construction services,
including consultation and or project monitoring.
7. Consultation
Monitoring (Optional)
On site visits to oversee
construction according to your plan if you choose your
own builder.
